Hello there looking for help/advice about ending a contract with tenants that were living in a flat that has been flooded. I have put them in a house over christmas and new year which I am paying for - but the loss adjustors say the drying time & repairs could take months... so they have a AST for over 6 months ... my insurance doesn't cover additional accommodation...so i need to give notice immediately really if possible? as the flat isnt habitable.... what can I do legally? my tenancies are from NLRA templates & deposit bond from TDS too.
