I am due to check out tenants on 17th Jan, in the event of lockdown what is the protocol? I don't live locally to the property, the tenants are leaving because of rent arrears, I hope and pray they will go and not stay put if I cannot meet them. I could suggest they act honestly and put the keys thro the letterbox as they leave, but of course that leaves all sorts of questions - condition of property, meter readings etc etc. Any suggestions welcomed! thank you.
