Essential repair or not in lockdown

Hi, a tenant reported their electric shower not working yesterday evening (4/1/2021) but apart from that they still have hot water via the combi boiler for the bath etc so is the shower an essential repair to do during lockdown or can/must she wait until it is deemed safe to go out and do the repair? I have to think of the tenants and her children's safety, my safety and how the law stands so can you help, please?
