Hi, Hope you are safe and well. I was wondering if you can clarify for me a question regards a Landlords Gas Certificate. If you replace a gas cooker fitted by delivery' personnel say from AO.com, do you require a new certificate (even if the last cert is less than 12 months old). AO.com do say on their website that they would be Gas Safe Registered and You receive a gas safety certificate - is this the same as a landlords cert?
