I seem to have lost the thread (no surprise there!) of my query that has not turned in to how to fill in a form 244. The (vey helpful) lady at the Court Bailiffs told me that as we have now put up an abandonment notice and changed the locks (as the property was left unlocked) that she had asked a judge and he said fill in this form using section 23 (I did check it is not Section 21) she said it is due to the Covid restrictions.
Help please.
