Hello

One of our properties has a separate garage on block that has never been used and is/has not been part of a tenancy agreement on the property it is associated with. Is there a tenancy/lease/licence agreement that we need to use? Is there a difference between renting it for private usage/storage as opposed to commercial/business lock up?
