I have a single let property, and it makes sense to issue my new lease based upon the NRLA recommended document. However, the Adobe document cannot be correctly edited, and leaves struck out clauses in position with a red line. All looks very jumbled and messy. The only way to edit is to join Adobe at %C2£15+ per month, a shocking price as I would so rarely need it. Do you know how to edit it or do you provide a sensible Word, or Excel based equivalent? Adobe are, frankly, out of the range for single property landlords. As we pay you the same fee it is reasonable to offer a more cost effective service on this. It would cost you nothing to do so.
