Hi,
I am looking to sign a new tenant.
She is really pushing for a 2 month notice period due to current covid situations and everything being so slow.
I usually give my tenants a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause and a one months notice period thereafter.
She will also be giving me a 5 week deposit.
Do you have any advice or suggestions regarding how to manage this i.e. could I ask for a larger deposit or have her pay 2 months in advance?
Any tips or advice would be great.
