We have a HMO tenancy signed up starting 1st July 2021, with 8 tenants.
One of the tenants now wants to pull out, and has found a replacement, which we are happy to agree to (the other tenants have also agreed to the change).
Is there a standard letter which they can both sign, rather than having to get all tenants to re-sign a new tenancy agreement?
