A tenant of mine has asked about getting their rent payments recorded on their credit file to boost their credit score. I see that Experian are offering a service called "The Rental Exchange" where this can be done.

Has anyone signed up for this and if so, what's your opinion?

Could be a good idea for both landlords and tenants in helping to avoid rent arrears.
