dear forum, my Tennant has not paid her last month's heating bill as she is complaining it's too high. It's been creeping up, due to using all amenities and a washing machine and tumble dryer non-stop. she has access to her own meter to read and then works out the bill from the rate that's given to me the meter is solely for her property, what should I do? can I turn heating off if not paid?
