I rent 3 rooms in a shared house. So no need for HMO licence. It's the only property I rent out, so not a business as such. Can I install CCTV on at the front and back doors? Do I need a DPO licence to do that? Do I need tenants permission? Some tenants don't want it. Do I need to give them access to it?
