I have not increased the rent on a property for the past few years, I have decided to do so this year,The tennants are not objecting as they have not had an increase for a long time .I will issue a new AST,and no deposits have been taken , is there anything else I need to issue like electrical certs ,energy rating ,etc, Thanks
