I purchased a property 2 years ago and at the time we carried out a fully rewire on the property. The tenant is now moving out and we have a new tenant lined up to move in but do I need to get the electrics checked again with the new regulations or not? I have the certificated for the rewire. I would be grateful for your help as I'm unsure about the new regulations.
