Is a Dehumidifier an allowable expense

Hello,

I%E2%80%99m a landlord and have recently purchased a Dehumidifier for a bungalow I let, that was showing slight signs of mould.

My question is - can I claim the cost of the dehumidifier as an expense when submitting my tax return?
