Hello. Moving towards month 15 of arrears and with a section 21 being served. An initial review hearing has taken place week of Feb 22nd. 2 questions : 1) What can I be doing to limit the build up in arrears which have already reached the low %C2£20ks and prevent the tenant from disappearing once an eviction notice is served !
2) will the number of months of arrears influence the subsequent remaining steps until eviction ?
