Tenant sentenced for fraud

My tenant has been in for 15 months and never missed a rental payment.
Yesterday he was jailed for 4 months for fraudulent claims, he contacted me to make me aware.
His partner remains in our house with his 2 children.
I've yet to confirm if / how they will continue to pay rent.

1. If they continue to pay rent, would that be a problem to you, would you allow them to remain in your property.

2. If they cannot pay rent, what are my options?

Has anyone dealt with anything similar please?
