I’m looking for a medium term investment and I have found a new (ready in 2 months) 1 bed house in an area near a hospital which apparently has high rental demand. It would be a cash buy, the lease is 199 years and service charges are reasonable. Im a new investor and trying to weigh up pros and cons and would appreciate advice.
