Hi all,

I'm in the process of setting up a new tenancy and have used the current RLA AST and have secured the deposit with the DPS as I have an account with them. I'm in the process of completing the DPS Prescribed Information form but I can't find any advice on what should be entered under 'Circumstances when all or any part of the deposit may be retained by the Landlord: Please insert relevant clause reference below from your Tenancy Agreement'

Is there a common answer when using the RLA AST?

Thanks in advance
Joe
