Accelerated Possession Order
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

We issued a section 21 with an eviction date set for 21 April. In the meantime we have issued a section 8 because our tenant is more than six months in arrears with his rent. Eviction date on section 8 is two weeks before the section 21 eviction date. At what date can we start the process of a accelerated possession order?
