Dear Advice Team,

I am currently drafting a tenancy agreement for a heavily disabled tenant who will have their deposit paid, initially at least, by DWP.

Do I therefore need to serve TDS deposit protection documentation on DWP?

Many thanks.

Forum advice most welcome.
