Hi, I have a tenant who shares the garden with houses on either side. I have recently been asked by one of the neighbours if I will contribute to a gardener every fortnight. Is this my responsibility or the tenants.? I believe the tenant was asked already but has refused to contribute as she works away quite a lot. Can you please offer advice. Many thanks.
