I have a possession order, and I don't expect the tenant to leave when it expires.

It seems I have the choice of using the county court bailiffs or high court enforcement. The impression I get is that the high court route is more expensive but may work out cheaper because of the time saving (the tenant isn't paying any rent).

Does anyone have any experience/opinions on which route is likely to be better?

Thanks
