Hi, I had a tenant for a couple years. Back in April 2020 he has done oil spillage on the driveway so I told him to get clean up. Then problems start to begin. He obuse me verbally and occurs me that I harassing him. Also he made several phone calls with life threatening and stated that is going to ruin my life. Then he stopped paying the rent . I offered him a payment plan he refused it and told me see you in a court. I went through eviction finally got possession order back in January 2021 still waiting for a bailiff. In a meantime he disappeared so I hired financial company and sue him for debts as soon financial company found out his address he came back to the property and done malicious damage by the hammer. Police has been informed, no witnesses, no evidence, they closed the case.
Devastated, I don't know what to do..
