I have sent the tenant letters about rent arrears - the most recent one she has not been in to receive and it recorded delivery. If she meets with me to collect the keys does she have to receive a letter from me? As she could refuse I presume.

Also I have done a money order, but only last Friday and she has until 9th June to respond. If this money order does not reach her does it automatically go to the Guarantor or do I wait for the tracing to be done? (which I have read can be done 2 months after vacation of the property)
