I provide the tenant with an online (Dropbox) resource containing folders for all house manuals, documents (e.g. inventory) and certificates e.g. gas, electric, energy, "Right to Rent" etc. If they accept the online arrangement do I still need to print out hard copies of e.g. the gas and electric certificates to hand over when they move in?
