Hi can someone please direct me to this propblem. My tenant hasnt paid rent for last 4 months and i have served him section21. This section 21 is going to end in September. I have applied to court through SMAll Money Claim online for 3 months he hasnt paid.

Now the court has put a ccj and i am taking him to court so he can pay through his wages.

My question is as the case is being dealt with and now he owes rent for another 2 months shall i again apply or would i be able to apply again for the remainder rent he owes me through the same process.
