Lease Agreement with my own Company

I have a couple of BTLs in our personal names and a property in a Ltd Company (SPV)
I am considering leasing my personal BTLs to My Company and then issuing ASTs to my tenants from the Ltd Company.

- Does NRLA have a model lease agreement?
- Are there any pitfalls to be wary of?
