The students are due to arrive in September from abroad. I have now found a person to replace one of the students. I have asked the student who's potential room it is to formally agree withdrawal from the joint tenancy (which is awaited and does outline there responsibilities including potential for payment of rent). Can I sign this new person on a separate AST periodic for 6 months and would I need everyone's agreement to do this as they are 8 international students.
