I have a six month tenancy which expires on 1.10.21 with the full rent being paid in advance due to referencing issues. I and the tenants would like to renew for a further 6 months, paying the full rent in advance again. Can I just draft an addendum with new dates but all other terms the same or do I have to re draft a full new agreement ? Many thanks for your help in advance
