Hi my tenant is in my hmo and we are licenced
They have an assured tenancy agreement with min one month stay which rolls weekly thereafter
They pay weekly
How much notice do I need to give please
He’s been in more than 4 months but always late with his rent and always behind so I just want to take back possession
