I have LPOA and act as landlord for elderly property owner - this is their sole property. They are now living in a care home and so the flat is rented out. They have a Deferred Payment Agreement with the local authority against the property. When the owner dies what are the processes if a) we want to sell the property to the private market with tenants, b) we want to sell the property with sitting tenants to an investor, c) we decide to keep the property as an investment between the beneficiaries.
