Tenant has is in arrears almost 3 months got a call saying been out partying no money first month, then next month will pay, and then got a message saying no money sue me. Issued tenant with a section 8 and section 21, with photos as advised. Rent is due on 20th of each month and 20 Oct will be the deadline for section 8. What else can I do as this is causing me stress because I have done nothing but want to help him. I want to sell but he will not let estate agents or myself in to property.
