n215 Service dates. Help!

What dates to input on N215 first 2 questions.

On what day did you serve?

The date of service is?

Form 6A delivered by hand through letter box Friday 19 Feb 2021 before 4.30 pm.

N215 notes:-

A claim form served within the UK in accordance with Part 6 of the Civil Procedure rules is deemed to be served on the second business day after the claimant has completed the steps required by CPR 7.5(1).

Calculation of the deemed day of service of documents OTHER THAN the claim form (CPR 6.26)

I take it form 6A is the ‘claim form’

How would you answer the two questions above for N215 completion?

Can someone kindly explain why CPR rules override what is the tenancy please? The tenancy says documents and any court forms are deemed to be served the day after just to confuse things!
