Debt relief order has been sent from my tenant who has vacated the property, however they still owe us 2k.

I have a few questions which I hoped someone might be able to help on?

The DRO is only placed in one tenants name - can we pursue the other party names on TA?
The DRO has the incorrect property address on it? So does that forfeit our inclusion?
Finally the DRO only names my business partner by name, so I’m not mentioned nor is our business name?

Should we respond and say I don’t accept it? Or lodge small claims action straight away? Based on the above incorrect details on the DRO.
