Tenant issues in shared house

Hi, I have a shared rental with 6 professionals. 3 have come to me about a girl in the house who has been bombarding one of them with abusive messages and accusations at 2am, she's claimed there are cameras in her bedroom from brighton council and runs the hoover at 5am in the morning despite everyone needing to get up at 7am for work. She is breaking the ....harrass, threaten or assault any tenant in the contract but in her eyes its the others who are the issue. I think she has mental health issues but it is disrupting the house - how can we terminate her contract?
