My tenants intend to remain for a protracted period as the property is to be modified for their disabled child. I therefore intend to manage this tenancy directly, avoiding management fees and high contractor maintenance fees. What is the best way to dismiss my managing agents? Do I need to raise a Section 21 to end the current arrangement altogether?
