Hi all

Brief overview.

My Tenants (husband, wife and mother) moved in on a 12 month AST in September. The wife has now asked if she can move her dependants in aged 12 & 21 (they are currently overseas) house is a 3 bedroom and so far have paid rent on time etc.

My concerns are possible over crowding and dependants were not declared on tenancy application

What would you advise be? Will I have to add the adult dependant to the tenancy?
