Hi there - not sure if anyone is in the group atm. We have a small HMO with 4 girls sharing. We have a new boiler on order and our heating engineer has inspected that the current one is certified etc. However, we got a call at 11 o clock last night to say the boiler had broken down. Our heating engineer will be there tomorrow but one of the girls is demanding one today. What are our rights?
