Procedure when tenants leave as a result of a S21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Just a question re the procedure for the tenant leaving as a result of the S21: They have found a new property to go to and are leaving next week. Do we still need written confirmation from them that they are going? We will obviously take final readings etc and just do a final inspection and get a forwarding address etc.

Also, because it will now be empty for probably a month or so until it's sold - will we need to pay council tax?
