Student landlords are facing an uncertain period as a result of the Covid-19 measures, with many universities still unclear about how they will be returning for the new academic year. Some limited guidance has now been published by Universities UK and the Department for Education, but uncertainties remain over how many students will return. John Stewart, Deputy Director of Policy and Research at the NRLA, will be presenting on the current situation, what guidance is available, and what options landlords have for the 2020/21 academic year. He will be joined by Candace Davies, Head of Accommodation at the University of Lancaster for Q&A from attendees.
