Having major problems getting rent of tenant.
She currently still has another 3 months left on her agreement

She is currently nearly 3 months behind on her rent & despite assurances has now turned nasty.

Her attitude now is I'll pay if & when I have money.

She deducted £200 from her rent 3 months ago because she says
The oven was broke & had to eat takeaways for 2 weeks before I could get it fixed.
I didn't argue with her as some rent was better than nothing.
I can't afford to give her 2 months notice as it would mean no rent for another 2 months & my finances are stretched already.
Can I give her 2 weeks notice arguing that she has never ever paid rent on time?
