i am dealing with a letting agent who finds the truth very hard, the tenant was behind with the rent then paid a portion and is now about 6 weeks behind
would you think it would be better to serve a section 8 or a section 21
i,m not sure if the agent took a deposit and if i serve my own papers which i will, the agent will not copoerate with me , also there is only one person on the tenancy but there is more than one person living there
i have heard section 8 have there pitfalls ?
