help to trace an ex tenant

Hi, I wonder if anyone can advise me. I have an attatchment of earings on an ex tenant, but within the first couple of months she left her job and moved house. Don't know where she's gone or if she has a new job. I don't want to pay out more money to an agency to trace her, any good sites on the internet I could use to trace her myself for a reasonable cost?
