Not renewing tenancy agreement (fixed term) under Renting Homes Wales Act 2016
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi All,,

I have  flat which I rent out at present using the NRLA  Fixed Term Standard Contract (provide under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, The fixed term contract is up for renewla on 14th July 2024 and I do not wish to renew the contract , can anyone advise what my legal rights are., notice periods to be given, do I have to provide reasond for not renewing etc and has anyone had any good/bad experiences in Wales.

Any help and advise would be very welcome.
