Right to Rent and eviction and reat arrears

Good Evening

Please Advise.

Tenant Section 21 expired yesterday.  Doing application to court as I write.

The tenant is not responding to any messages or mail for 2 months.  Rent arrears for 2 months.  Her work visa expired yesterday.

I am still seeking possession via court and will either write off arrears or seek to recover if and when i get possession.

What do i do about the expired immigration permit?

She is still at the property and has refused entry to agents, who have been trying to seel for 8 months without luck as tenant has refused access, even after agreeing to give access once a week.

Any advise will be appreciated.
