Tenants moved in 15th June. 15th July's rent I am reliably told (by the tenant) is not being paid.. after alot of chasing (jst to get a response) they have basically told me they know I cant do anything to get them out until the end of the 6 mths contract - Dec 15th!!.. so that's when they'll leave whether I like it or not.

I issued a Section 21notice on check in.. do I really hv to put up with them not paying 5mths out of the 6mths rent b4 I can legally evict them...?
