Prescibed info re DPS & S21

Hello,

At what point exactly should the prescribed info be given.

We include The Prescribed Infomation in our agreements, but also provide a separte standard Prescribed Information Form togather with the DPS Terms & Conditions and various other deposit info.

Can we provide the Prescribed Information etc AFTER protecting the deposit, and if so is there a time frame. This way it gives us the chance to re visit the property to give the new tenant the Prescribed Info etc and at the same time give them the S21.
