Tenant leaves without notifying the landlord or agent, some possessions remain at the property, tenant had arrears and procedings from statutory service providers were due to be strated due to unpaid bills. Local benefits office have advised that the claim for benefits has already ended
What notices need to be served to end the tenancy agreement, to have the property cleared and to carry out remedial work to restore the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy
