The local tenancy support system contacted me when I advertised in the local paper, they had an ideal trusted tenant desparate for a new start in a bigger house (and so they went on)they had assessed the tenants situation and they would guarantee the bond, so I was sucked in, the tenant in the tenant from hell, and where is the tenancy support now, well they have washed there hands of this as we were told they would by the local police when we had to call them after the tenant threated to smash my wifes head with a bat.

So my message to you all AVOID the Council Tenancy Support system, all they do is pick up the scum and off load onto the private sector, it would appear no checks are done, all they do is interview the tenant and issue a bond if they get the right answers.

Yes I know I should have checked better, but who offers a bond and recommends a tenant without doing all the checks, apparently the council do, so it's doors open to get a free bond with a few lies.

Rant over, any way here's to a nice day the sun is shining and most of my other tenants appreciate the good service they get.
